The Olive Pomace Oil trade organisation will showcase the properties and uses of Olive Pomace Oil through a tour of 20 culinary schools. El Duelo consists of three phases: a masterclass given by María Jiménez Latorre, a cooking contest at the schools, and a grand finale, with a panel comprised of three Michelin-star chefs.  The student with the best fried food creation will win a trip to the Houston Rodeo in the United States.
