The CSIC Paves a New Path for the Prevention of Alzheimer’s Through the Consumption of Olive Pomace Oil

How can Olive Pomace Oil help prevent Alzheimer’s? The bioactive compounds found in Olive Pomace Oil can have a protective effect by attenuating the neuroinflammation associated with the disease. This is one of the conclusions of the study «Protection against Alzheimer’s disease by attenuating the activation of microglia, through Olive Pomace Oil» issued by the Instituto de la Grasa, attached to Spain’s Scientific Research Council (CSIC).
